Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Retail orders will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Wholesale orders typically take 2-5 days to ship once the order has been placed. Should there be any delays or backordered items, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Depending on US location, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered. For international orders, please allow up to two weeks for delivery!

Which carrier do you use to ship?

We currently ship all our orders via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided.

Where does my order ship from?

All our orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from our home studio in Holland, Michigan.

What is your refund policy?

We gladly accept unused, unopened, and undamaged items for return. Items must be returned within 7 days of your receipt. Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear this! We take great care in packing up all our orders so they can arrive to you safely. If for some reason your order arrives damaged, please email within 5 days of receipt. We will do our best to accomodate you and make things right!

Can I cancel my order?

We get it! We change our minds too. We accept cancellations within 24 hours after your order is placed. Please email to get your cancellation started.


Where are your products made?

All our products are designed by Jennifer in Holland, Michigan. We then work with a handful of small businesses in the US to print and manufacturer our products.

Can I shop your products locally?

Hopefully, yes! Take a look at our stockists list to see if Stay Sunny products are carried in a shop near you!
